We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and prices are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your device settings.
  • Product packaging may differ from images displayed on the website.
  • Measurements and descriptions are approximate.
  • We reserve the right to amend product details where necessary.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order.

A contract between you and Willow & Fable is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where:

  • A product is unavailable.
  • There is an error in pricing or product information.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
  • We are unable to verify payment details.

 

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we will contact you before processing the order and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:

  • Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shopify Payments

We do not store or have access to your full card payment details.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver to locations specified on our website.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Although we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services
  • Adverse weather
  • Customs processes
  • Industrial action
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of goods transfers to you once payment has been received in full.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Consumer Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer protection legislation, most customers have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused with all tags attached
  • Be returned in a saleable condition
  • Include original packaging where reasonably practicable

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Exclusions

The right to cancel may not apply to:

  • Personalised products
  • Custom-made items
  • Goods sealed for hygiene reasons once opened
  • Any other products exempt under applicable consumer legislation

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when preparing orders.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where possible

Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Product Safety and Supervision

Many of our products are intended for use by children.

Parents and carers remain responsible for ensuring products are suitable for the age and abilities of the child using them.

Children should be supervised where appropriate.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined.
  • Codes have no cash value.
